Trouble for first few months - especially printing envelopes. Rapid response from SCT: many site visits, many hours fixing it - taking up computer and desk space. Machine is very noisy & scans are not as clear as we would like for our business, and slow to print after pressing print.

Sold Company on 1st of January. Attempted to change lease agreement to new owners. Charged over $400 to change company entity in April. Hadn’t been completed by September.
New owners of company move location of office and require printer removed. Contact sc technology to discover contract is still in old entity’s name and charged over $5,000 to return printer and pay out contract.
Be careful signing a long contract with this company. make sure printers are serviced as per contracts and printer is operational.

We (All Saints' Anglican Parish of Newtown & Geelong West) recently purchased a Toshiba machine from SC Tech to replace our old Toshiba which had eventually stopped working and was unable to be repaired because parts were no longer available for this ancient model. After obtaining quotes from several suppliers, we found that SC's quote was very reasonable and given our long and history with the company we chose them. The installation and training went smoothly, and the machine is running perfectly. SC Technology have been looking after our printing needs for many years now. We have had a few problems with the I.T. side of things due to our photocopier being so old. The team from SC Technology have helped us through these problems & nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
