If you do require support, we pride ourselves on our average 2-hour response time. For Toshiba Remote Assist you can expect to hear back from within 2 business days.

  • Set your default print to Black & White and Duplex printing.
  • Set the default to Private Print – this will prompt each employee to release their print job at the machine.
  • Consider installing swipe card technology.
  • Scan to an e-file rather than printing the document, hence creating a duplication.

Toshiba is at the forefront of environmentally friendly hardware devices. You can have an efficient and environmentally friendly printing solution.

  1. Follow all machine instructions before calling us to book a service. A small jam is usually easily resolved as long as you follow all the instructions on the screen of your machine.
  2. Take note of your machine ID number as written on the sticker on the front of your machine.
  3. Take note of the Error Code the machine is displaying. You can find the Error Code on the top right-hand corner of the touch screen (for example CA00).
  4. Call our Service Desk on 03 5221 2511 (Geelong) or 03 5333 7767 (Ballarat).

Alternatively, submit an online form ensuring you include your machine ID, error code, contact name and phone number.

We strive to produce less waste and ensure environmentally friendly processes. Rather than disposing of empty toners, waste bottles or used drums that increase landfill, we encourage our customers to take advantage of our partners at “Close The Loop” who provide recycle boxes for printing waste free of charge.

Once signed up, your boxes will be delivered for free and collected when full. If you’d like further information on this program, visit the Close The Loop website or contact us.

We (All Saints' Anglican Parish of Newtown & Geelong West) recently purchased a Toshiba machine from SC Tech to replace our old Toshiba which had eventually stopped working and was unable to be repaired because parts were no longer available for this ancient model. After obtaining quotes from several suppliers, we found that SC's quote was very reasonable and given our long and history with the company we chose them. The installation and training went smoothly, and the machine is running perfectly. SC Technology have been looking after our printing needs for many years now. We have had a few problems with the I.T. side of things due to our photocopier being so old.
