We have found our Toshiba machines to be totally outstanding against their competitors. We have a competitors’ machine on site and failure rates of the competitors’ machine against the Toshiba photocopiers we have Toshiba stands second to none. The service technicians are on time, return when they say and let us know what is wrong and what they have done. If they cannot fix it there and then communication is excellent with the technician and staff – even teachers like them.
